Jamie Dornan’s <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/thriller">thriller</a> series “The Tourist” is currently the second most-watched series on <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix">Netflix</a> in the US, according to FlixPatrol.com. The show, created and written by Jack and Harry Williams, is also the ninth most-watched globally, per the same source.



The series, which was originally released in 2022, follows Dornan as a man who, after being a victim of a car crash, wakes up in an Australian hospital with amnesia. However, as he leaves the hospital, it’s clear that he is being chased, so he must learn his identity before it’s too late.

Without revealing any surprises, in the second season, Elliot (played by Dorman) and Helen (played by Danielle Macdonald) travel to Ireland to uncover the mysteries surrounding Elliot’s identity. Similar to the first season, Season 2 of “The Tourist” consists of six episodes.

<h2>When do new episodes of ‘Expats’ come out?</h2>



Wang takes us back and forth in time to reveal how these three women are linked and how everything went wrong. The three following episodes will be released weekly every Friday, with the finale coming out Feb. 23.



In an interview with NPR, Wang explained that one of the reasons she made the show was because she, as an immigrant in the US, connects with the themes of the story. “I saw that parallel in the journey of Hong Kong and what my family had experienced. It’s the reason that I’m here today. So are you grateful for it? Do you resent it? I mean, there’s no easy answer, but it certainly has influenced so much,” she said.

Wang also explained that, unlike other series with rich people at their center (Succession, for example), she wanted to also give space for the working-class characters and servers. “I think that it’s difficult to make a show about privilege and in a world of privilege without feeling like you’re celebrating it,” she said.



However, while she said she is “very conscientious” about that, she also tried “not to judge the privilege.” She wanted to break “the bubble,” but also asking the audience “to make their own” judgements.

Fans got their initial glimpse of the movie in December 2022 when Warner Bros. released a mysterious teaser featuring Pattinson waking up in a chamber. Pattinson will star alongside Jennifer Lawrence in this upcoming thriller. The film, according to Deadline, is set in a remote forgotten rural area, the story follows a mother who struggles to maintain her sanity as she battles with psychosis.

While many have commented that it feels like a shadow of the 5-time Oscar-winning film starring Jodie Foster, the movie has everything it takes to succeed on the platform, such as a constant sense of tension and intrigue, suspense, excitement, unexpected twists, hidden motivations and complex, multidimensional characters.



The story is quite different from the recent releases on the streaming giant, and this time, the plot follows Jake Doyle and his colleague Mary Kelly, who are called to solve an enigmatic case where the bodies of three women are found in the city, but the corpses have a peculiarity: they are adorned as if they were angel sculptures.

Convinced that this has happened before, Doyle turns to The Artist, a serial criminal whose modus operandi was the same. However, it’s not all too easy, as he has been incarcerated for five years and has been sentenced to capital punishment. Both detectives try to get his help to catch the mysterious imitator.



The criminal is portrayed by John Malkovich, who does an exceptional job embodying a killer negotiating and seeking a reduced sentence. In addition to the three main actors, the cast also includes other notable figures such as Jacob Grodnik, Aidan Turner and Jeremy Turner.
