Terms and conditions of use
The following Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the use by individuals who access the Spoiler website at https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/.
Any person using the services provided by the site automatically and unquestionably falls under the status of User and must consequently assume all the responsibilities that such status entails, as described below.
- Definitions
Content: Refers to all digital documents in HTML, GIF, JPG, PDF, AVI, MP3, MP2, MOV, and any other format used to provide access to information, artwork, music, photographs, videos, and any form that human intellectual creations may adopt, as well as the graphic design and source code of the site, which are protected by copyright laws recognized at the national and international levels.

3.3. Information Retrieval: The User is not authorized to use any Content of the site, except through the contract referred to in point 3.1 herein, and will be responsible for violations of the rights of third parties, the site, and Spoiler, and will be obliged to indemnify those affected by the damages caused by said violations.
Furthermore, the User may not collect data stored on the site for advertising purposes or send advertising and/or communications of any kind for commercial purposes to other Users, unless Spoiler has previously and expressly authorized it. Nor may the User make available to third parties, for any purpose, data obtained from the distribution lists implemented, provided, and/or promoted by the site.

This authorization will apply as long as: a) a text Link is established or images provided by Spoiler for this purpose are used, and the mentioned Link is directed solely and exclusively to the homepage of the site https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/; and b) the Contents of the site are not reproduced in any way, nor are Frames established on the pages of the site.
The User may not make false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements or indications about the site, the Services promoted there, or Spoiler and/or Third Parties, nor may they declare or imply that Spoiler has authorized, supervised, or assumed responsibility in any way for the content or services offered or made available by the website on which the Link is established.
This authorization to implement a Link between a website and the site does not constitute, imply, create, or import any kind of partnership, association, or any other type of business relationship between the owner of the website on which the aforementioned Link is implemented and Spoiler and/or Third Parties. - Guarantees and Licenses
4.1. Third Parties hereby assume the responsibility to hold Spoiler harmless for any action, claim, or expense incurred as a result of a violation by Third Parties of any intellectual property right.
Spoiler is not an online betting operator, nor is it a betting site of any kind. Spoiler provides sports information and interviews for entertainment purposes only.
