According to Flix Patrol, the specialized streaming platform site, “Barbarian” is the new Zach Cregger‘s major addition to Netflix’s catalog, which has become the seventh most-watched movie globally.

The title has joined the long list of Bill Skarsgård‘s great successes, especially those in the horror genre. Despite the Swedish actor having a small role, he has shown talent for the genre on more than one occasion.

The story follows a woman (played by Georgina Campbell) who rents an Airbnb accommodation and discovers that the house she is staying in is not at all what it seemed, as something terrible lives in the basement.
