After the Hunt
“After the Hunt” is one of the latest additions to Andrew Garfield’s schedule and also one of his most anticipated projects, as he not only stars in it but also shares the screen with Julia Roberts.
The movie is a thriller directed by Luca Guadagnino, set in the academic world. Nora Garrett is responsible for the screenplay, and Amazon has acquired the rights, so it will likely arrive on Prime Video.
The story revolves around a university professor who finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads when her star student makes an accusation against another professor and a dark secret from her past threatens to become public.
According to various media outlets like Variety, the production aims to begin filming during the summer, as the project has been in development since early 2024, so nearly everything is ready to go.
The Magic Faraway Tree
“The Magic Faraway Tree” will not only be suitable for all ages, but it is also based on the book by Enid Blyton. The family adventure movie will star Garfield as Tim and Claire Foy as Polly.
The film adaptation tells the story of an enchanted forest with a magical tree that grows tall enough to reach the clouds. Simon Farnaby is responsible for adapting the screenplay for the big screen.

The story will portray an unconventional vision of the life of Jesus Christ, which is why the project has been categorized as a full-fledged drama. The narrative is based on the novel written by Shûsaku Endô.
