Laura is a mutant child created in a laboratory as part of an experiment to clone and enhance Wolverine’s abilities. She is one of the last survivors of a program that experimented with mutants to create a new generation of weapons.

Now, the star is back in the franchise at 19 years old. In an interview with EW, she talked about her involvement in Deadpool & Wolverine, which comes nearly seven years after her first appearance. She said:

I was a bit freaked out. I was like, ‘I will have forgotten how to play her. She’s not in me anymore.’ As soon as they said, ‘Rolling!’ I really felt like we were back doing Logan. It was like eight years hadn’t passed“.
