American Idol 2024 contestants: Which artists are part of the Season 22?

American Idol, the favorite singing competition for many, has returned with its 22nd season, and it's finally time to see who makes up the competition. Here, check out the complete list of 2024 contestants.

The new edition of American Idol is finally among us, and it’s time to catch up on everything related to Season 22, such as who the contestants are that have auditioned and been selected (Here, check spoilers).

This year, the judging panel consists of Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry, although this will be her last participation in the program as the Teenage Dream singer is ready to focus on her music career.

It’s the seventh time the trio has taken on their roles as judges within the reality show, and they won’t make it easy for the participants. Last year, it was Iam Tongi who emerged victorious, with Megan Danielle in second place.

As happens every year, the contestants start as 57, but not all manage to even pass the auditions, as only a few are selected to continue in the competition to become the new winner of Idol.
