<p>Zendaya is also a producer of the series, which was created by Sam Levinson. Season 3 of the series has been described by Levinson as<em> “film noir,”</em> while it has been reported that it could aim for a<strong> 2025 release.</strong></p>

<p><em>At that particular time in my life, I wanted to make a film about someone on a quest. I thought about the poem, and I thought it would be a good template for a film. <p>The movie explores loneliness and all the emotional challenges behind a space mission. As the protagonist realizes that the marriage he left behind may not be waiting for him upon his return to Earth, he struggles to repair his relationship with his wife, portrayed by <strong>Carey Mulligan</strong>.</p>



<h2>Johan Renck explained why Sandler was perfect for the role</h2>



<p><strong>Adam Sandler </strong>delivered a rather unsettling and unconventional performance in the film, but his brilliant acting was one of the elements highlighted by <strong>Johan Renck</strong> during an interview with Screen Rant, where he also affirmed that the actor was the perfect choice for the role.</p>



<p><em>“You can never know anything, but I had a very, very good feeling. I’m a big fan of his. I love his versatility. He can be anything, from silly and goofy humor to sophisticated and cool humor and everything in between. And then, obviously, when he plays more dramatic roles, like in Punch-Drunk Love or the Safdie brothers’ movie and stuff like that, you see his technical skills.</em></p>

<p><em>But what I felt was that, to some extent, there’s an opportunity that you can seize, and the fact that a comedian, if you want someone that everyone recognizes as genuinely funny, if you just take off the mask and the clown shoes and all that kind of stuff, I think you would perceive that person as more vulnerable than if you did the same with someone who only does very dramatic roles.</em></p>

After being sold into slavery, he must fight for his freedom and seek revenge against those who betrayed him. On his journey, he discovers his true identity and his destiny as the mythological hero.</p>



<p>Despite unfavorable reviews, the film did not manage to be a significant commercial success, so many have been surprised by its addition to the streaming giant’s catalog this week.</p>

<p>After the film’s limited release in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Denver, San Diego, and Atlanta, it will be available for<strong> streaming on Hulu in the United States on April 12th.</strong> That same day it will arrive on Disney+ on the rest of the world, and on Star+ in Latin America.</p>



<h2>Benson reveals the inspiration behind ‘The Greatest Hits’</h2>



<p>In an interview with <strong><em>Elle</em></strong>, Benson revealed that he started writing the script for the film in 2008. However, it was in 2020 when he picked it back up. He told the magazine that during the pandemic, music <em>“was the thing that really kept our spirits up and gave us hope and connected us and reminded us to live.”</em></p>



<p><em>“I think I also needed more heartbreak, more relationships, [and] more experience to really make sense of what this movie was about, <strong>which is that we have capacity in our hearts to love more than one person</strong>,”</em> he added.</p>



<p>Meanwhile, talking about the cast, Benson said that he immediately knew that Boynton (Bohemian Rhapsody, Chevalier) was the right choice for Harriett. <em>“I remember it was her first big scene and I was like, Oh wow, this person is amazing and special, and <strong>she’s such an incredible actor,</strong>”</em> he told the magazine.</p>



<p>About Min, who recently appeared in <strong>“Beef,” </strong>he said that he is “just very vulnerable and amazing. And I was like, Oh, this is who David is. He has that sweetness and openness; he was a proper human being.”</p>

<h2>Who are the cast of Queer?</h2>

<h2>What is Queer about?</h2>



<p>The movie will portray the story of William Lee, a man who escaped a drug raid in New Orleans and now wanders through the clubs and bars of Mexico City, where he falls madly in love with a former U.S. military man named Allerton.</p>



<p>After the publication of the LGBT romance novel, speculation arose about how real the events in the story are, and many of them are of an autobiographical nature.</p>



<p>The novel is influenced by Burroughs’ experiences in Mexico in the 1940s, including his relationship with a young man named Allerton, who serves as inspiration for the character of Allerton in the work.</p>

<h2>When will Queer be released?</h2>



<p><strong>Queer</strong> will have its long-awaited big-screen debut <strong>near the end of 2024</strong>. Although there is no exact date confirmed yet, it was announced that there are only a few months of waiting, as filming began in the summer of 2023 in Italy.</p>



<p>Both Drew and Daniel gave interviews to GQ just a few days ago, and there they took the time to talk about their new project together. The young actor referred to what it was like to work on the drama, saying:</p>



<p><em>“The process of collaborating with someone like Luca is incredibly freeing and funny and absurd. I trusted him completely. I trusted his viewpoint. I would do anything he would say</em>“.</p>



<p>While the James Bond star spoke about when he saw Starkey’s audition and assured to the director, <em>“That’s the guy”</em>. Furthermore, he added, <em>“I liked Drew from the moment I met him. He’s such a wonderful, kind human being, and that was very obvious to me from the very start</em>“.</p>



<p>However, the narrative incorporates elements of fiction and surrealism characteristic of William’s style, which often blends reality with fantastical and symbolic elements.</p>
