Meet the cast of Netflix’s ‘It’s What’s Inside’
Brittany O’Grady
Brittany O’Grady, who takes on the leading role of Shelby, may have a relatively short career with just 13 credits, but she’s already made her mark with some well-known projects. She’s best recognized for her role in Fox’s “Star,” a show about three women forming a musical group in Atlanta.
O’Grady also gained attention for her performance in the acclaimed Max series “The White Lotus,” appearing in six episodes of the first season, and for her role in the 2023 drama “Sometimes I Think About Dying,” led by Daisy Ridley.
James Morosini
James Morosini plays Shelby’s boyfriend, the second lead in “It’s What’s Inside,” and boasts an extensive career with 38 credits. His most notable achievement is the 2022 dramedy “I Love My Dad,” where he stars as a son estranged from his father, who resorts to catfishing him in a misguided attempt to reconnect. Impressively, Morosini not only played the lead but also wrote and directed the film.

Gavin Leatherwood is one of the most recognizable stars in this cast! Playing the role of Dennis, he gained worldwide fame and a devoted fanbase for his portrayal of Nicholas Scratch in Netflix’s hit series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”.
Like James Morosini, Leatherwood also appeared in “The Sex Lives of College Girls” and is well-known for starring in several music videos, including Sabrina Carpenter‘s “Skin” and Fletcher’s “Better Version”.
Nina Bloomgarden
Like Brittany O’Grady, Nina Bloomgarden’s career is still relatively brief, with just nine credits to her name, but those roles have been in notable projects.
