While the United States produces over 600 shows annually, none have matched the impact of “Lost” on global culture. Across six seasons and 121 episodes, it became a landmark television series for all eternity.

It’s no exaggeration to say that in nearly every country, a significant portion of the population was glued to their screens during its live broadcast. According to ABC Medianet, the first season averaged an estimated 16 million viewers per episode.

To this day, it’s unclear who got the worse fate: those caught off guard by the twisted ending or those searching to rewatch the series online. Perhaps the latter, as the show is exclusively available on Hulu. However, that’s set to change.

Where to watch the 6 seasons of ‘Lost’

According to Tudum, every episode of “Lost” will be available to stream on Netflix starting July 1. This isn’t the first time the show has been on the platform, so it marks a second welcome.

It is unclear whether Netflix will seek exclusivity for the series. If they do, it would no longer be available for streaming on Hulu or for purchase on Apple TV+, Vudu, Amazon Video, Google Play Movies, or the Microsoft Store, where it is currently accessible according to JustWatch.

The entertainment company doesn’t seem worried about “Lost” competing with their massively popular rewatched shows like “Bridgerton,” “Queen Charlotte,” and “The 8 Show.” Instead, they appear confident in their strategy of bringing back classic and beloved titles previously removed from their catalogue.

After achieving massive success with their original productions, the streaming giant aims to include non-original yet highly enjoyable content for their users. “Dune (1984),” “The Breakfast Club,” and “How I Met Your Mother” are among the all-time favorites set to return on June.
