Love Sucks” is the upcoming series from Maxton Hall actor Damian Hardung, set to premiere in 2024, and has already been compared to “Twilight”, not only for its theme but also for its visuals and storytelling style.

The actor stars in the show about vampires in the role of Ben. The story follows Zelda, a young boxer who begins an unexpected romance with a mysterious vampire, but their love is forbidden.

The drama is produced by German network ZDFneo and created by Marc O. Seng. The first season has already premiered in its country of origin, but the first episode has just arrived in the United States.

After a long wait, Damian Hardung’s new project arrived in the fall, but only now can viewers in the United States enjoy the first episode ofLove Sucks“, as the producer ZDFneo has uploaded it to YouTube.

There is still nothing confirmed regarding its streaming debut. Many theorized that it could arrive on Prime Video, but the platform would have to compete for the distribution rights of the German series.

The Maxton Hall actor is ready to leave the school hallways behind and head to a dark city where he will bring to life a vampire who finds love where he least expects it: in a young woman who has inherited boxing from her father.

The young star won’t be the only talented figure in the cast, but he will lead the plot along with Havana Joy Josephine, who will portray Zelda. In addition to the duo, Philipp Christopher and Anne Ratte-Polle will also be present.
