The Housemaid” is the upcoming adaptation set to hit the big screen with two major actresses leading its cast, Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria and Anyone but You) and Amanda Seyfried (Mamma Mia, Jennifer’s Body and Mean Girls).

However, as Millie adjusts to her new environment, she encounters increasingly strange situations, such as Nina’s unusual behaviors and the oppressive atmosphere within the house.

Who are the cast of The Housemaid?

As has been publicly announced, the lead actresses chosen are Amanda Seyfried and Sydney Sweeney, who have signed on to portray the characters Nina and Millie. Brandon Sklenar (It Ends with Us) also joined the cast as Andrew.

When will The Housemaid be released?

It is still too early to know when the adaptation of “The Housemaid” will hit the big screen in the United States. However, based on estimates, it could be released around mid-2026, if filming begins in 2025.
