After more than four years, Ready or Not will have its long-awaited sequel, featuring the return of the talented Samara Weaving, who has been added to the list of scream queens for her outstanding performances in horror.

The first movie followed Grace on her wedding night, which took a sinister turn when her in-laws forced her to participate in a terrifying game. Now, the sequel will bring back the bride.

The dark comedy will be directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, with Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy as writers. It’s expected to be just as successful as the original from 2019.
