“Masters of the Universe” is the next big movie for Nicholas Galitzine, and it could even surpass the success he had with The Idea of You, as it is expected to be a major production and box office hit.
The dramatic movie will be a live-action film, bringing one of the iconic characters, He-Man, back to the screen. This will be the first time the Purple Hearts actor dons a superhero costume in his career.

Depending on the animated series, she has occasionally suspected Prince Adam of being the heroic He-Man and has sometimes been portrayed as his romantic interest. However, no further names have been linked at this time.

When will ‘Masters of the Universe’ be released?
Variety confirmed on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 29, that the movie already has a scheduled release date and, if all goes well, it will hit the big screen on June 5, 2026. So, there are still two years to go.
The action drama has been in development for over two decades and has finally managed to move forward, under the direction of Travis Knight and the production of Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Films.
Will ‘Masters of the Universe’ arrive on streaming?
Well, it’s still too early to know if it will arrive on streaming, but it’s most likely that it will have its big debut on one of the most well-known platforms currently: Prime Video, especially since it’s produced by Amazon.
Usually, it takes a few months before it’s added to the catalog, especially if the project is doing well at the box office and in theaters. So, it’s estimated that it would arrive on the service almost towards the end of 2026.
