With just the first teaser of “We Live in Time“, fans have been ecstatic about the chemistry between Florence Pugh (Little Women) and Andrew Garfield (The Social Network), who have been cast to star in the romantic drama.

The story, which promises to bring us to tears multiple times, follows Almut and Tobias, who meet in an unexpected way and quickly feel a deep connection. They fall in love and build a life together.

John Crowley (Black Mirror, True Detective and Modern Love) is the one who directed the film, which will hit theaters on January 3, 2025. Meanwhile, Nick Payne, known for The Last Letter from Your Lover, wrote the script.

The plot deals with mature themes, and each of its scenes is suitable for adults, which is why it received an R rating, mainly for its language, nudity and sexuality, depicting intimate moments between the characters.
