Rapman, creator of the supernatural drama, spoke before the premiere and mentioned that he had several ideas for a second season. During an interview, he did not hold back his hopes and stated:



“At the beginning of the show, I always tell everyone that Season 1 of Supacell for me is like Batman Begins. It’s just starting. We have to see where it goes next to see who these people really are“.



<h2>When might the second season of Supacell arrive?</h2>



Although as of June 29th Supacell has not been renewed by Netflix, a possible second season could arrive in the catalog by late 2024 or sometime in 2025, but this has not been confirmed.



The first season has left an open ending to continue exploring the story, and Rapman confessed he’s not really thinking about a future installment, but rather, “I just want people to see it through to the end“. Additionally, he added:



“And I want people to see what they think about all the twists and turns and how they felt afterward. I didn’t work hard to get people halfway through the show and then turn around to see something else. Hopefully, the world receives it well“.

<h2>Supacell ranked Top 4 on Netflix worldwide</h2>



Supacell is Netflix’s new original <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/series">series</a> that has captivated users worldwide in just a matter of hours, as it has become the fourth most-watched production on the platform globally and the sixth in the United States.



The metrics site, Flix Patrol, reported that the superhero <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/drama">drama</a> has dethroned other interesting titles from the streaming giant, such as Raising Voices and the teen K-drama Hierarchy.



The story follows a group of seemingly ordinary people from South London who unexpectedly develop superpowers. They appear to have no connection to each other other than sharing the same skin color.

Action, adventure, and drama are some of the elements that stand out in the show created by Rapman, whose cast is filled with mega-talented stars like Adelayo Adedayo, Michael Salami, Eddie Marsan and Tosin Cole.



The first season is produced by Joanna Crow and Mark Hedges, consisting of six episodes, each lasting 60 minutes. The arrival of a second part has not yet been confirmed, but it is still too early for renewal.



Before the episodes premiered, the creator spoke with GamesRadar about the desire for the title to surpass what is known as “superhero fatigue”. During the interview, he confessed:



“I know the superhero genre, 100% it’s been done to death, but Supacell is different: it’s a superpower drama about normal people, real people, not martyrs, not people out to save the world, just people trying to save themselves and their families. Just what normal people would do“.

Titled “Joan is Awful,” it opens Season 6, which aired in mid-2023. The episode follows Joan, a technology executive who discovers her life is being adapted into a television series by the streaming corporation Streamberry.



In this episode, the star of <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/the-bear">“The Bear”</a> plays a small but significant role. Edebiri portrays Sandy, Joan’s coworker involved in a project to reduce the company’s carbon emissions. Without a care, Joan fires Sandy under orders from the board of directors, revealing the protagonist’s indifferent personality.



Sandy’s character serves to expose Joan’s lack of empathy, a trait that comes back to haunt her when she sees their feud reenacted in an exaggerated manner in the television series based on her life. The episode satirizes Netflix itself, showcasing the “Black Mirror” trademark originality.

“Jurassic World” is coming with the <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies/scarlet-johansson-and-jonathan-baileys-jurassic-world-release-date-and-more">fourth installment of the franchise</a>, this time headlined by Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey. And, after months of speculation, Johansson has finally addressed the rumors, raving about her casting in the film.



“I am an enormous ‘Jurassic Park’ fan,” <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/scarlett-johansson">Johansson</a> told ComicBook.com. “It is one of the first movies I remember seeing in theaters. I remember it so vividly. It was life-changing and mind blowing. I cannot express how excited I am,” she added.

About the return of the screenwriter, Johansson said that he “returned after 30 years to write it and he’s so passionate about it.”
