The show follows a post-graduate math student who uncovers a plot to sabotage his groundbreaking discovery: a pattern in prime numbers granting access to every computer globally. <h3>A Paris Waiter (TBD)</h3>



<p><strong><em>The Daily Mail</em></strong> reported back in June 2023 that Woodall was set to star in the upcoming adaptation of <strong>“A Waiter in Paris,”</strong> the memoir by <strong>Edward Chisholm</strong>. The book recounts his life as an English waiter in the City of Lights with little money. Per the outlet, the rights of the book were acquired by<strong> Jason Solomons </strong>and <strong>Whit Stillman</strong> (The Last Days Of Disco) is attached to direct.</p>

<p><strong>Lindsay Lohan </strong>will come back once again with a <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/romance">romantic</a></strong> <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a></strong> for <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix">Netflix</a></strong>, <strong>“Irish Wish.”</strong> The film, which also stars <strong>Ed Speleers</strong>, will come out on the platform on <strong>March 15. </strong>It’s the first part of the actress’ two-picture deal with the streamer.</p>



<p>In the trailer, which was released on Feb. 20th, we see Lohan as Maddie, a woman who is headed to <strong>Ireland</strong> for her best friend’s wedding. But there’s a problem: she is in love with the groom, Paul, played by <strong>Alexander Vlahos.</strong> So, as it happens, she makes a wish to find true love and <strong>wakes up as the bride-to-be.</strong></p>

<p>Of course, her new apparent perfect life will help her realize that maybe what she wants is something (or someone) else entirely. <h2>Who is in the cast of “Irish Wish”?</h2>



<p>Lohan, who is a veteran of the genre with titles such as <strong>“Just My Luck”</strong> or <strong>“The Parent Trap,”</strong> stars as Maddie, a very different character from her previous one in “Falling For Christmas.” The actress described Maddie as <strong>“a bit of a bookworm,”</strong> in an interview with Netflix Tudum back in November.</p>

<p>After being released on <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix">Netflix</a></strong> on Feb. 15th, <strong>“Crossroads”</strong> has become the eighth most-watched <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies">movie</a></strong> on the platform in the US, according to <strong>FlixPatrol</strong>. The film, which stars <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/britney-spears">Britney Spears</a></strong> and Zoe Saldana, is celebrating 22 years since its release and it has become a cult classic.</p>



<p>The coming-of-age drama was directed by <strong>Tamra Davis</strong>, who is known for her work on other notable films such as “Billy Madison” and “Half Baked.” It was Spears’ acting debut, in which she shared the screen with other stars such as Zaldana, <strong>Taryn Manning</strong>, Anson Mount, Dan Aykroyd, and <strong>Kim Cattrall.</strong></p>

<h2>‘Crossroads’ revisited: More than a Spears’ stars vehicle</h2>



<p>‘Crossroads’ was, from its conception, Spear’s star vehicle and critics at the time of its release didn’t love it. The majority of the reviews slammed the script, and were <strong>divisive regarding Spears’ performance.</strong> While some critics believed she came off as “likable,” others thought her acting was insincere.</p>



<p>However, 20 years later, many critics have found that the film is better than how it was received, especially when it’s reinterpreted in the wake of Spear’s own career and life. For example, <strong>Rob Sheffield </strong>from Rolling Stone wrote that it has been “<em>hidden for too long. Like Britney herself, it deserves a chance to break free.”</em></p>

<p>Meanwhile, <strong>Mekita Rivas</strong> from <em>Harper’s Bazaar </em>recently wrote that <em>“The film’s plot, which turns 20 today, is essentially a loose recounting of Spears’s own journey from a small-town Southern girl to a global superstar.”</em></p>



<p>Of course, this is not rare as Spears and her team developed the concept for it, which was later written by a pre-Grey’s Anatomy <strong>Shonda Rhimes. </strong>While the movie is, on its exterior, a tale of friendship and love, it also deals with darker themes (although, with an admittedly light approach) such as bodily autonomy, teen pregnancy, abuse and more.</p>

<p>During an interview with Above the Line, the director spoke about creating the project that now shines among the titles in the romance genre but emphasized the chemistry between the rom-com’s protagonists, <strong>Sydney Sweeney</strong> and <strong>Glen Powell</strong>.</p>



<p><em>“Honestly, the chemistry I saw between Syd and [Glen]… people always talk about chemistry, that crazy word, but the first time Sydney arrived in Australia that Sunday, straight from Italy after filming her movie ‘Immaculate,’ which is this Italian Vatican movie. She came to Sydney on Sunday, they sat where we were staying, and they started rehearsing, and in about a minute, I thought, ‘Oh my God, thank God. I called them and said, ‘What’s going on with this?’ We all met, talked for a long time, and then said, ‘What if we do this? We’d like to do it this way.’ So we all joined hands and did it the way we wanted, and we got to work. Everything came together pretty quickly</em>“.</p>

<p>The criticism received by the new romantic comedy has been diverse, and some of the writers working for major outlets such as Variety or IndieWire have been quite harsh but objective.</p>



<p><strong>David Ehrlich</strong> wrote for IndieWire: <em>“Anyone But You may not be funny or memorable enough to make romantic comedies matter again as a genre, but it might bring us a little closer to that goal precisely because it doesn’t burden itself with that objective. <p>However, according to the entertainment site, a report on Monday asserted that the adaptation is not moving forward with the streaming giant and, in fact, its long-term fate seems rather murky.</p>



<p>This suggests that it’s only a matter of time until Hulu scraps the idea of bringing the saga to the screen. Currently, the story rights are not being sold to other services, making its future a complete mystery.</p>



<p>Hulu’s director, <strong>Craig Erwich</strong>, was present at a press event last week alongside journalists from the Television Critics Association, to whom he confessed, <em>“That show has been in development, but I don’t have any news to share today</em>“.</p>

The three meet, but Dex ends up leaving the dinner, claiming to be sick. By the time Emma gets home, she confesses her eternal love, and they end up embracing.</li></ul>
