In real life, Elisabeth had four children, but her firstborn, Archduchess Sophie of Austria, died of a high fever while traveling with her mother to Hungary. This traumatic event led Elisabeth to concede to her mother-in-law, Princess Sophie, who believed she should raise the Emperor’s grandchildren.



It’s likely that the second season will delve into Elisabeth’s pregnancy and her early years as a mother, culminating in the tragic death of her first child. Additionally, the series will explore the political tensions and decisions made by Emperor Franz, leading Austria to war.

In the books, Francesca does get married to John Stirling, Earl of Kilmartin, in 1818, two months after meeting each other. They live mostly in Scotland. However, two years later John dies unexpectedly and she suffers a miscarriage.



Then in 1824, Francesca comes back to London looking for a new husband, where she will encounter Michael Stirling, John’s cousin. They first met each other two days before Francesca’s wedding, with Michael falling in love with her immediately.

In the series, Michael doesn’t arrive before the wedding. And, actually, Michael is now Michaela, who arrives after Francesca’s wedding to John Stirling. And, not only that, when Francesca meets her she becomes speechless and start stuttering, just exactly the same reaction that her mother Violet told her she had when she met Edmund, feeling love at first sight. 



Does this mean that Francesca will be officially falling in love for a girl? Yes, showrunner Jess Brownell told Variety that she is “cautious bout talking about it in detail now, because I want people to see how it’s going to play out,” but she intends to do it.

<h2>Is Francesca the next lead of Bridgerton?</h2>



Well, it’s unlikely that Francesca will be the protagonist of the next season, if they follow the same timeline of the books. Her story develops some years after her marriage to John Stirling. 



On the other hand, there’s seems to be hints that Benedict’s story will be next, especially as in the Season 3 finale, Eloise mentions that she will see him at the Masquerade Ball, which is where his story begins in the books.

He said, “We wanted it bigger and better”, which is why you see multiple luxurious locations in the best aristocratic style. Some of the actual locations are old, while they also opted for new ones.



“In every room you enter, there are priceless pieces of furniture or artwork that you normally wouldn’t even be allowed to breathe on, much less move. We have to move these things that are worth an astronomical amount of money”, he concluded.

Despite being on <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/prime-video">Prime Video</a> for only a week, “Maxton Hall” rapidly became the most-watched series worldwide, effortlessly dethroning “Fallout” from its position as the platform’s 2024 jewel.



The German show follows Ruby Bell, a brilliant student at Maxton Hall, a prestigious school for the wealthy, where she struggles to fit in but maintains her academic excellence. One day, she witnesses a dark secret involving James Beaufort, the school’s millionaire bad boy, who will stop at nothing to silence her.



The first parts consists of six episodes, and fans are already asking for a <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/prime-video/prime-videos-maxton-hall-will-the-romantic-drama-have-a-second-season">second season.</a> Since “Maxton Hall” is inspired by <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/lifestyle/maxton-hall-how-many-books-are-on-the-prime-video-adaptation">Mona Katsen’s trilogy</a>, there is plenty of material from the original source to keep going. What has Damian Hardung, the actor behind Beaufort, said about it?



<h2>Damian Hardung shared his hopes for a second season of ‘Maxton Hall’</h2>



In a recent interview with TV Insider, Hardung confirmed that Prime Video hasn’t given any word yet on another installment for Maxton Hall. However, he is confident that, since there is plenty of content still to adapt from the “Save Me” books, it will become a reality.

He also expressed concern about portraying his character in the darker tone that the second novel, “Save You,” displays. As those who have finished the first season remember, the last episode ends with a tragedy for Damian’s character, and now, it’s only going to get more sorrowful.



“In the second book, it’s really dark for James.” He explains, “As much as that is great stuff to reenact, I feel so much more fear than joy thinking about if we get lucky to get a second season to actually have to portray that because that would just entail so much pain to go through.”



Hardung is no stranger to <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/drama">dramatic</a>, heartbreaking productions. In fact, he began gaining fame with his lead role as Jonas in “Red Bracelets,” the German adaptation of the Spanish mega-success series about a couple of teenagers with deadly illnesses who form a bond in the hospital they are staying in.
