He revealed that in the movie, the character will have to learn to trust his friends and work as a team, while in the series, he must prevent an old nemesis from the past from ruining everything he has built.</p>

<p>Fans got their initial glimpse of the movie in December 2022 when Warner Bros. released a mysterious teaser featuring Pattinson waking up in a chamber. <p>As for his motivation to write this film, he said that when he read it he realized it was told through the perspective of its protagonist, who is not the <em>“captain you would anticipate being in charge of the safety of all these ships. <strong>I had a very strong mental image of the DNA of the story </strong>and how it could possibly be the screenplay of a movie.”</em></p>

<p><strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/glen-powell">Glen Powell</a></strong> is determined to keep climbing the Hollywood ladder with several upcoming projects. The <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/top-gun">“Top Gun: Maverick”</a></strong> star is coming from the success of his newest rom-com <strong>“Anyone But You,” </strong>in which he acts opposite <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/sydney-sweeney">Sydney Sweeney.</a></strong></p>



<p>With the film, directed and written by<strong> Will Gluck</strong>, grossing over <strong>$100 million </strong>worldwide against a budget of only $25 million, it’s safe to say that Powell proves he is a bankable name. </p>



<p>This year, he will appear in two other <strong><a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies">movies</a></strong>. The first one is <strong>“Hit Man,” </strong>an action-comedy-romance directed by <strong>Richard Linklater. </strong>And then, he will give a try to the adventure genre with a sequel to <strong>‘Twisters’ </strong>opposite <strong>Daisy Edgar-Jones. </strong>But that’s not it.</p>

<p>After working with <strong>Joe Jonas</strong> in ‘Devotion,’ Powell will now act opposite another Jonas Brother, this time <strong>Nick</strong>, in this buddy-comedy, reported <strong><em>Deadline</em></strong> back in 2022. <strong>Kat Coiro </strong>directs the film, after working in the romantic comedy ‘Marry Me.’</p>



<h3>Huntington (TBD)</h3>



<p>Powell is also set to appear in this revenge thriller, directed by <strong>John Patton Ford</strong>, inspired by the 1949 classic black comedy, <strong><em>Kind Hearts and Coronets</em></strong>. The movie follows the actor as Becket Redfellow, the heir to a multi-million dollar fortune who decides to speed up the inheritance process by bumping off the family members in between him and the cash.</p>



<h3>Top Gun 3 (TBD)</h3>



<p>After the confirmation of <strong>another Top Gun film</strong>, Powell is also set to reprise his role as Hangman. <em>“I don’t know when I’ll be going back… I’m sure there is a jet waiting for me sometime in the future,”</em> he told Variety.</p>

<h3>Chad Powers (Series) </h3>



<p>According to <strong><em>The Hollywood Reporter</em></strong>, Powell will star in this upcoming Hulu <strong>comedy series </strong>as a disgraced college football quarterback who disguises himself and walks on to another school’s team.</p>



<p>He co-created the series with Michael Waldron, the creator of Loki and writer of the next two Avengers movies. It’s based on an episode of <strong>ESPN+’s Eli’s Places</strong>, in which former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning goes undercover as a walk-on prospect named Chad Powers at Penn State.</p>



<h3>The Running Man </h3>



<p>Powell is set to headline <strong>Edgar Wright’s “The Running Man,”</strong> stepping into a role originally portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1987 cult classic. This dystopian action movie is adapted from a novel of the same title by renowned horror author Stephen King, initially released under the pseudonym Richard Bachman. In October 2024, it was confirmed that the remake <strong>will hit theaters on November 21, 2025</strong>.</p>



<h3>Monsanto (TBD) </h3>



<p>According to <strong><em>The Hollywood Reporter</em></strong>, Glen Powell, Anthony Mackie, and Laura Dern are set to headline John Lee Hancock’s upcoming film “MONSANTO.” The movie recounts the real-life tale of attorney Brent Wisner (played by Powell), who courageously tackled a seemingly impossible case against a major U.S. chemical corporation, advocating for Dewayne “Lee” Johnson (portrayed by Mackie).</p>

<p>The actor will produce and star in Project Hail Mary, based on the novel of the same name by <strong>Andy Weir,</strong> which is centered on a solitary astronaut on a spaceship who is trying to save Earth. The project was announced back in 2021, but is still in pre-production. <strong>Phil Lord </strong>and <strong>Christopher Miller</strong> are attached to direct.</p>



<h3>Ocean’s Eleven prequel (TBD)</h3>



<p>Gosling is set to star alongside <strong>Margot Robbie </strong>once again in the “Ocean’s Eleven” prequel, which the actress is also producing.
