You” has marked a turning point for Netflix‘s original psychological dramas, becoming one of the audience’s most beloved series, and has been renewed five times. However, the upcoming episodes will mark the farewell.

Since its debut in 2018, it has been accumulating a large fan base, so its ending had to be big. The streaming platform confirmed that the fifth season will be the last… and it has already finished filming.

Penn Badgley is ready to return once again and get inside the mind of the psychopath Joe Goldberg, who will once again roam the streets of New York, bringing the story full circle and returning to the city where it all began.

Who are the cast of You season 5?

The psychological drama, based on the eponymous novel by Caroline Kepnes, will be packed with big stars and new faces that will make us ponder a big question: What would you do for love?

Of course, Penn Badgley will reprise the lead role, so we’ll see him return to the disturbing mind of Joe Goldberg. He won’t be the only star making a return; the list is quite long, and includes Charlotte Richie and Anna Camp, among others.

In addition to the classic characters, the cast has some new additions, which will add a special twist to the plot as there will be new characters to explore. Check out who they are below:

  • Pete Ploszek as Harrison, Joe’s golden retriever-like brother-in-law.
  • Tom Francis as Clayton, a pretentious and egocentric aspiring author.
  • B as Phoenix, a clever and resourceful man with a strong moral code.

When is the premiere of You Season 5?

All good things must come to an end at some point, and this time it’s the turn of the acclaimed Netflix original series You, which will premiere its fifth and final season at some point in 2024.

It has not yet been confirmed whether this season will be split into two parts or if the episodes will be released all at once. It is estimated that it will have the same number of episodes as the fourth season, which consists of a total of 10.
