One of Netflix’s most popular series is the LGBTQ teen drama “Hearstopper,” which follows the romance between teen boys Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson, as well as their high school lifes. The series has had two successful seasons, and it will return with a third chapter soon.

All the main characters will return, including Locke, Connor, William Gao (Tao), Yasmin Finney (Elle), Tobie Donovan (Isaac), Corinna Brown (Tara) and Kizzy Edgell (Darcy). However, some characters such as Ben, played by Sebastian Croft, and Nick’s mom (Olivia Colman) won’t return.

Meanwhile, Haley Atwell will join the cast as Nick’s aunt Diane, who takes Nick on a vacation and gives him tough advice. Other new faces are Eddie Marsan, who will play Charlie’s therapist, and Jonathan Bailey, who will cameo as Jack Maddox, an Instagram-famous classicist and Charlie’s celebrity crush.

Also, another new character is Michael Holden, played by Darragh Hand. Michael is described as “quirky, eccentric optimist with a sunshine disposition,” who is the love interest of Charlie’s older sister, Tori (Jenny Walser).

Netflix has confirmed that Season 3 of Heartstopper will come out in October 2024, but there’s still no specific date. However, fans will be glad to know that they don’t have to wait that long for new episodes of the series.
