Henry Cavill is back on the big screen in Guy Ritchie’s latest spy adventure film “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.” The movie, based on a 2014 non-fiction book by Damien Lewis, tells a heavily fictionalized version of Operation Postmaster.
Alongside Cavill, Eiza González, Alan Ritchson, Henry Golding and Alex Pettyfer complete the cast of the movie. The plot follows a band of unconventional soldiers who use their special set of skills to fight against the Nazis in a secret mission, unsanctioned by the British government.
Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, the war comedy–drama premiered on April 19th, and in its opening weekend it grossed $8.9 million at the domestic box office. While the numbers are low, the film is not set for an international release, instead going directly to streaming platforms offshore. So, when it comes to streaming in the US?
