“Gladiator” is not the only beloved work by Ridley Scott returning for a sequel. This year, the “Alien” franchise makes a comeback with “Alien: Romulus,” its seventh installment, set between the events of the first and second films.
While some fans of Scott’s universe might prefer the franchise to remain as it is, there’s considerable excitement about Federico Álvarez directing this film. Known for “Evil Dead” and “Don’t Breathe,” Alvarez is expected to bring his horror expertise to the world of the Xenomorphs.
Additionally, there’s a lot of buzz around Cailee Spaeny, star of “Priscilla,” leading the picture. The rest of the cast features various emerging talents, including Spike Fearn, who will play a character named Bjorn.
Spike Fearn’s age, birthday and beginnings
Spike Fearn, whose birthday is on December 9th, is 23 years old. As he mentioned in various interviews with media outlets like Screen Daily, he has dyslexia and struggled with inattentiveness at school. Encouraged by the adults around him, he began drama classes and quickly fell in love with acting.
Despite his passion for it, Fearn realized his true interest laid in screens rather than stage. He was deeply influenced by the movies he watched with his dad, with “Alien” being one of his favorites! Determined to work on a film set, he attended Nottingham’s Television Workshop, which opened a whole world of opportunites for him.
This opportunity led to his first screen role in a TV pilot for Fox’s “Never Let Me Go,” although the series was unfortunately canceled. Nonetheless, his career continued to grow. As of 2024, he has eleven credits to his name and one upcoming project on the horizon.
Where to stream Spike Fearn’s movies and TV shows
Although Spike Fearn’s career is still in its early stages, his work is available on various streaming platforms. His most recent series, “Tell Me Everything,” is a coming-of-age production focusing on mental health in which Fearn plays a lead role. You can watch it on Prime Video.
