In this installment, we find Arthur Fleck serving time in prison for his crimes, with each day blending into the next. That is, until he encounters Arkham State Hospital patient Harleen “Lee” Quinzel, who adds some color to his monotonous life. However, the happiness is short-lived, as Arthur learns that the newly elected assistant district attorney is determined to bring him to justice.
