The Swedish actor will bring Eddie Barrish to life in Locked, the upcoming horror and suspense film directed by David Yarovesky, based on a script developed by Michael Arlen Ross. The star will be accompanied by industry giants like Anthony Hopkins.

Nicolas Cage will team up with Bill Skarsgård to carry out a new war drama titled Lords of War. They will bring to life the characters Yuri Orlov and Anton in the upcoming film written and directed by Andrew Niccol, which is still in pre-production.

So far, they are the only two confirmed cast members in this crime and suspense story. The plot follows Yuri Orlov, the world’s most infamous arms dealer, who discovers that he has a son, Anton, creating a mercenary army to serve the United States, sparking a rivalry between father and son.

Rupert Sanders was set to direct “The Things They Carried“, a star-studded film that includes Bill in its cast. The news was announced in 2020, but nothing further has been heard about the project since then.

While it hasn’t been officially canceled, it’s possible that it may not move forward. Besides the actor from It, the war drama’s cast included Tom Hardy, Stephan James, Ashton Sanders, Tye Sheridan and Pete Davidson.

Angus Cloud (Euphoria, Abigail and Your Lucky Day) and was also part of the production until his passing in July 2023. The story focuses on a group of young soldiers and their experiences in the Vietnam War.
