With the release of “Hit Man” on Netflix, Adria Arjona will be on the spotlight alongside her co-star Glen Powell. Arguably her biggest role to date, the Puerto Rican actress plays the love interest of the titular (fake) hit man.
However, Arjona, 32, has been working steadily both in film and television, slowly getting bigger parts. And “Hit Man” won’t be her only film coming out this year, as she is also set to appear in Zoë Kravitz’s directorial debut “Blink Twice.”

Arjona’s first main role came in “Emerald City,” a reinterpretation of the Wizard of Oz. She played Dorothy Gale, this time a 20-year-old nurse who is transported to the Land of Oz and, inadvertently, will fulfill a prophecy that will change everyone’s lives forever.
