Now that My Lady Jane has become one of the most watched and successful <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/series">series</a> in the Prime Video catalog, many viewers have been searching for the actors, like Jordan Peters, who plays King Edward.

During an interview with Square Mile, he talked about his career and how he has been enjoying the recent projects he has been involved in. When asked about his proudest professional achievement, he said:



“Landing the lead role of Two Tonne for ‘Pirates’. This is the proudest moment of my career so far because it’s the first time I’ve led a film, and it’s also a film that is so close to my heart“.



Over the years, he has added different titles to his filmography, but he has also confessed that he still has some dreams to fulfill, such as working with Christopher Nolan or Denis Villeneuve.



Additionally, he revealed that one of his greatest sources of inspiration, outside of any family member, is Daniel Kaluuya. In the interview, the actor assured, “I have followed his career for a long time“.

However, it could be said that one of the most interesting roles he has played so far is that of King Edward in the adaptation of My Lady Jane. This would be his first LGBTQ+ portrayal on screen.



Digital Spy spoke with Jordan after the <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/tv">TV</a> show premiered on <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/prime-video">Prime Video</a>, mainly to analyze the queer character in depth, and when they asked him about it, Peters responded:



“When I auditioned for the role, I sat down with Jamie Babbit, the director. She told me about the character and how they wanted him to be gay. That moment in episode one in Edward’s bedroom where he sees this woman naked and the narrator says, ‘King Edward had always assumed that women looked like men underneath their clothes.’ It’s a good introduction to see who King Edward is and his sexuality”.

The countdown for the third season of <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/the-bear">The Bear</a> is almost over, and it’s time to finally marathon the new episodes, which will total 10. Without a doubt, it is one of the most anticipated series and has generated a lot of hype so far.



The original cast will be back, and <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/ayo-edebiri">Ayo Edebiri</a> will not only reprise her role as Sydney Adamu, Carmen’s right-hand woman, but she has also made her directorial debut with one of the installments.



A few weeks ago, when interviewed by Denny Directo from ET for Inside Out 2, the comedian talked about her new role in the <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/drama">drama</a> and confessed, “It was amazing. It was really the best”.

The star who also plays Sydney spoke with Variety recently and confessed about her experience as a director, especially with one of the new episodes of the popular FX and <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/hulu">Hulu</a> series. She said:



“I feel like I got a master class in acting from Liza [Colón-Zayas] and from the other actors who got to grace the screen. …I feel like I learned so much from our crew, from our camera department… just from everybody. It was really a blast and an honor to get to helm an episode that showcases everything that Liza can do”.
