Just two days after arriving on <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix">Netflix</a>, the Italian comedy “The Price of Nonna’s Inheritance” (“Ricchi a tutti i costi” in its original language) has already become one of the most popular movies on the streaming platform globally.



According to FlixPatrol, a specialized website that collects viewership data, the film is currently the sixth most-watched worldwide (as of June 6th). The <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies">movie</a> was directed by Giovanni Bognetti, who is known for other titles such as “I, babysitter” and “Il mammone.”



The film is also a sequel to “The Price of Family,” which was also directed by Bognetti, and was one of the most streamed films of 2022. The director also wrote the script for “The Price of Nonna’s Inheritance,” an absurdist <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a> that has definitely enchanted audiences.

The movie follows the Delle Family, who are all together for a trip in Menorca. However, when their Grandma falls for a cheeky suitor Nunzio, whom they don’t trust at all and is ready to marry her, the rest of the family then make a plan to protect their grandma (and her substantial inheritance): murder the suspicious groom.



Driven by greed, they embark on their foolish murder attempt, leading to even more chaotic wedding-related misadventures. Veteran actor and director Christian De Sica, Angela Finocchiaro, Dharma Mangia Woods and Claudio Colica star in the film.

For Veronica Loop of Martin Cid Magazine, the movie “is reminiscent of the humorous blend of traditional values and macabre elements, similar to the 1944 classic ‘Arsenic and Old Lace’,” and she praised the “intelligent dialogues” and “unusual twist,” as well as the performances.



However, other reviewers, such as Tarashi Patali from The Feast of Legends, says that the film “starts with a promising premise of a family in chaos, but the humor falls flat due to the nonsensical plot and unlikeable characters.”

According to Tudum, the movie is loosely inspired by a true story first published in an article by Skip Hollandsworth on Texas Monthly in 2001 about the late Gary Johnson, who worked as a fake hit man for the police. However, the film tells a fictionalized version of the story, with the plot twists being a total invention of the screenwriters.



Speaking to Tudum, Linklater explains that Powell came up with the idea of “those false identities that Gary creates for each of his cases.” The director said that Gary did “slight disguises, but not to the extent that we see in the film.”

We can’t use the first season’s timeline for our calculations because it was affected by the pandemic and the SAG-AFTRA strike. For the second season, however, we have clearer information. Becky Clements, president of Tomorrow Studios, one of the production companies behind the show, stated that once filming begins, they expect the season to premiere approximately 12-18 months later.



And even if Brashaad Mayweather is correct and seasons 2 and 3 are being filmed back to back, Netflix typically releases new seasons of a series on a yearly basis to allow viewers to enjoy each season for at least one year. Therefore, it’s reasonable to expect that season 3 will air in 2026.

In the upcoming <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/drama">drama</a>, Cumberbatch will portray a father whose grasp on reality unravels following his wife’s passing, while an unsettling presence looms in the corners of their apartment, where he resides with his two sons.



The <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/marvel">Marvel</a> actor didn’t just sign on for this adaptation because he’s a fan of the novel. He was also captivated by the Enda Walsh play based on it, which starred <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/cillian-murphy">Cillian Murphy</a> in the lead role onstage. Benedict Cumberbatch and Laura Dern form a screen duo that we never knew we needed, but now we do, and eagerly anticipate their upcoming <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/sci-fi">sci-fi</a> collaboration. It has been stuck in a sort of mini development hell since its announcement in January 2022 and is still in pre-production.



Directed by Justin Kurzel, known for his work on “Macbeth,” the film will transport the two esteemed actors to a near future where sleep is no longer a necessity thanks to artificial sunlight and a new medication. It will revolve around a three-member family consisting of characters played by Dern and Cumberbatch, alongside their son portrayed by Noah Jupe from “A Quiet Place.”

In just one day, “Die Hart 2: Die Harter” became the most-watched title on <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/prime-video">Prime Video</a> worldwide.



This is the second installment of the “Die Hart” series, which originally debuted on Quibi in 2020 and was edited into a movie-length film last year. Between these two productions, there was also a second season of the original show, which aired on Roku after Quibi’s shutdown.



Eric Appel, known for directing “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story,” returns to direct “Die Hart 2: Die Harter,” continuing his work from the entire “Die Hart” series. He is joined by screenwriter Tripper Clancy, who also comes back to collaborate with the renowned comedian.

In this second installment, Hart aims to solidify his legacy as the greatest action star of all time. However, Kevin’s vision has a blind spot, and he soon becomes the victim of an evil revenge plot orchestrated by someone from his past.
