The plot revolves around three divorced women (Elise Elliot Atchison, Brenda Morelli Cushman y Annie MacDuggan Paradis) who, after reuniting at the funeral of a mutual friend, decide to seek revenge on their unfaithful ex-husbands.

The crime <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a> has been directed by Sylwester Jakimow, known for being responsible for “Jakos to bedzie”, and it has a screenplay written by Lukasz Sychowicz (Fighter and The Office PL).



Many have compared the new foreign trend on the platform to <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix/netflixs-knives-out-3-with-daniel-craig-when-will-wake-up-dead-man-be-released">Knives Out</a>, as there is an inheritance involved in the story, which blends comedy, action, drama and of course, a lot of mystery.

Inside Out is not only one of Pixar‘s most successful franchises but also competes with other popular and mega-successful sagas from the studio. This is why it was no surprise when they announced its highly anticipated sequel.



This time, the comedic adventure story follows Riley in her teenage years, so the iconic characters encounter new emotions… like anxiety, envy, embarrassment and ennui (deep boredom).



Shortly after its release on the big screen, it has become one of the most-watched movies of 2024, leading many fans to wonder if <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/disney-plus">Disney</a> will produce a third installment. Here, check out everything that is known so far…



<h2>Could there be a third ‘Inside Out’ movie?</h2>



As of June 2024, Pixar has not announced a third “Inside Out” <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies">movie</a> with the original cast and characters. However, hope is not lost, as there are still more emotions to explore within Riley’s world.



There are many unused ideas within the franchise, and it was recently announced that there will be a <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/disney-plus/inside-out-spin-off-will-the-disney-series-feature-new-characters">spin-off series</a> focusing on Dream Productions, the studio that creates the protagonist’s dreams.

Kelsey Mann, the director of the sequel, spoke with Comicbook in the weeks leading up to the release of the recent <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a> and revealed whether there are any possibilities for a third installment. 



He essentially said that there is more material, but nothing is confirmed. “I love this world. It’s a fantastic world to play in, and ideas just come up while playing, both for locations and characters”, he said. 



He then added “There are so many ideas not just from the first movie, but especially from this one, where I said, ‘That’s a really fun and smart idea. I don’t know how it fits into this particular story, but it should be used at some point&apos;”.



<h2>Which characters could appear in Inside Out 3?</h2>



Despite Inside Out 2 being the first step into Riley’s adolescence and introducing some new emotions that became beloved characters, there are several feelings that could still make an appearance.



In the event that a third movie is confirmed, Reason and Logic could appear. Kelsey Mann spoke with SensaCine and confessed that he would love to see these two characters in action.



“I think it would be fun to have Logic and Reason. There’s something we can work with there”, he said. Additionally, when he spoke with Comicbook, he also alluded to the plot of the potential new comedy.

The director of the sequel also talked about this and mentioned that one of his ideas is to explore some new scenarios within Riley’s mind, such as “the land of procrastination”. Then he added:



“This is definitely a land I had, especially when I was a teenager. It was a place with a big sign that said ‘Land of Procrastination’ and then said ‘Coming soon.’ And Anger said, ‘When are they going to start building that place?! They haven’t made any moves on it’.



It’s a really fun idea. We had trouble understanding why it didn’t fit into this particular story—I won’t tell you all about it, but there are other things that are really fun. I think, ‘This has to be used in some way in the future’“.

Back in 2015, “Inside Out” prompted us all to reflect on the primary emotions that guide us through life. Joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust demonstrated their equal necessity in leading a healthy existence.



But what happens during complex times of human growth, such as adolescence? It becomes even more intricate. In “Inside Out 2,” the original group of feelings must make room for newcomers: Anxiety, ennui, embarrassment, and envy.



Choosing just four emotions that we begin to feel as we grow up was certainly not an easy task. Director Kelsey Mann discussed which were left out of the second installment in a recent interview with Fotogramas.



<h2>All the emotions cut from ‘Inside Out 2’</h2>



According to Kelsey Mann, selecting new emotions for “Inside Out 2” was incredibly complex because adolescence is a time when you feel everything at once. Eventually, he had to make decisions about which to exclude.

He compiled a list of nine primary emotions, and sadly, guilt, frustration, surprise, and remorse were the ones left in the drawer. Of course, they may not stay there long if Pixar decides to make a third movie, though the director hasn’t confirmed this.



Mann also mentioned other emotions that didn’t make the top ten but were considered by the movie’s team: Hope, pride, schadenfreude (finding pleasure in others’ misfortune), greed, and irritation.



It seems Riley will navigate through a diverse array of feelings as she continues to matures. Nonetheless, we always hope to see the return of the original five main emotions, as we’ve grown quite fond of them over time.

“The first film, remember we go to Dream Production to see how Riley’s dreams are made? It semi-explains why they’re so weird. We’ve continued the exploration of the power of dreams and how they affect us in our waking life, as well. So it’s pretty cool“.

“Just give that guy an Emmy already.” In an interview with Collider, “The Boys” creator Eric Kripke couldn’t contain his admiration for Antony Starr‘s portrayal of Homelander. And we completely agree.



Since the comic-based show premiered in 2019, Starr has become not only the flagship icon of the series but also the face of the satirical genre on television. Combining charisma with psychopathic tendencies, he has brought to life a character unlike any other.

It follows divorced for two decades, L.A. gallerist Georgia (Roberts) and architect David (Clooney) who prefer to keep their interactions minimal, focusing only on the one good thing from their union: their daughter, Lily (Kaitlyn Dever).



Lily is a bright and sweet recent law school graduate who heads to Indonesia with her best friend (Billie Lourd) for a post-grad adventure. Just 37 days later, Lily falls in love, gets engaged to a local Balinese man (Maxime Bouttier), and is ready to abandon her career plans to become a seaweed farmer’s wife.

According to The Economic Times, Bloomberg reports that “Inside Out 2” will have a theatrical run of approximately 100 days. This means that the film would be available on Disney+ around September or early October.

This would be a departure from the usual schedule of the studio. However, it’s true that the film has already reported incredible numbers, much healthier than previous Pixar’s films from recent years. The film broke several records, such as becoming the econd biggest domestic animated opening of all-time at $154.2 million, as well as having the biggest opening for an animated movie worldwide at $295 million.



Both “Luca” (2021) and “Turning Red” (2022) were released in theaters and on streaming simultaneously. In the same vein, “Lightyear” (2022) was available on Disney+ only 47 days after its theatrical release due to its poor box office grossings. And, while “Elemental” (2023) stayed in theaters long enough to gross $496.4 million despite a disappointing opening, it landed on the platform 89 days after its theatrical release.

Starring alongside Susan Sarandon, this is one of Costner’s most iconic roles. The sports romantic comedy centers on “Crash” Davis (Costner), a seasoned catcher for the AAA Richmond Braves. <h2>What happened to the real Lady Jane Grey?</h2>



Known historically as the ‘Nine Days’ Queen, Lady Jane Grey was an English noblewoman who briefly claimed the throne of England and Ireland from July 10 to July 19, 1553. Her short-lived reign is one of the most tragic tales in royal history, culminating in her execution at just 17 years old.



She was known for being one of the most learned young women, and she was married to Lord Guildford Dudley, a younger son of Edward VI’s chief minister John Dudley, Duke of Northumberland.

As the great-niece of Henry VIII and the great-granddaughter of Henry VII, Jane was in the line of succession. Under the will of Henry VIII, she was behind her cousins, Mary I and Elizabeth I. However, in June 1553, her first cousing, the dying Edward VI, wrote his will, nominating her and her male heirs as first successors of the Crown. Part of the reason was that she was a Protestant, while Mary was Catholic.



Thus, Jane was proclaimed queen on July 10, 1553, following the death of Edward VI. However, Jane’s reign was quickly challenged by Mary I, the daughter of Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon. Mary I swiftly overthrew Jane, leading to Jane’s imprisonment in the Tower of London and her subsequent execution on Tower Green on February 12, 1554.



At her execution, Jane’s final moments were marked by panic as she groped for the block after being blindfolded, and her last words were a poignant prayer: “Lord, into thy hands I commend my spirit.”



<h2>A different ending in ‘My Lady Jane’: What Hand said about the book</h2>



In contrast to the grim reality, the series aims to reimagine and reframe Jane’s life in a more empowering and less tragic light. Hand, one of the authors, explained in an interview with Publishers’ Weekly that her inspiration stemmed from a desire to give Lady Jane Grey a different ending.



Hand described Jane as a “strong-willed, bookish teenage girl” who, despite her intelligence and determination, faced an unfortunate fate due to her brief tenure as queen. “I always loved studying Jane Grey’s story in history except for the ending. So, I thought, “Hey, I’m a writer. I can give her a different ending,’” she told the outlet.

After appearing in “Sex Education,” Simone Ashley gained worldwide fame as Kate Sharma in <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/netflix">Netflix</a>’s smash hit “Bridgerton.” As her character, she not only captivated Anthony’s heart but also millions of fans of the series. However, she is also ready to move onto new heights in her career.

Alongside Ashley, “After” star Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Luke Fetherston also appear. Ashley told Porter that the movie “is like an Indian Bridget Jones.” She also said that “it’s the first time I’ve seen an Indian girl as the lead in this kind of genre. Yes, there’s cultural specificity but never once did we stereotype my heritage or Indian traditions – everyone can watch this and feel a kinship to the character”.



<h3>This Tempting Madness (thriller) | TBD</h3>



She will also star in “This Tempting Madness,” a psychological thriller indie directed by Jennifer E. Montgomery, from her script written with husband Andrew M. Davis. It also serves as Montgomery’s directorial debut.



According to Deadline, the movie follows a young woman (Ashley) who awakens from a coma injured with her memory fractured, and her husband arrested. But as she puts together the pieces of her past, she starts to question her own actions — and her perception of reality.

Speaking to Porter, Ashley revealed that the story is “dark,” and that, at first, she didn’t think she was going to get cast because she wasn’t white. “This was an independent movie and I was so grateful to the producers and to the director – it didn’t matter where I was from; I was just the right actor for the role,” she said.



<h3>F1 Movie with Brad Pitt | June 27, 2025</h3>



Simone Ashley joined the cast of <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/movies/all-we-know-about-brad-pitt-f1-movie">“F1,” the upcoming movie about Formula 1</a>. She will be acting opposite Brad Pitt, who is also a producer, Damson Idris, Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, and Sarah Niles. Some F1 pilots, such as Lewis Hamilton, will also appear in the film.

The film will be released on June 27, 2025 in the US, distributed by Warner Bros. The movie follows Pitt as a retired driver who is hired to mentor rookie prodigy Joshua Pearce (Idris) on the Apex Grand Prix team (APXGP).

Ashley will also lend her voice for the upcoming animated musical “The Night Before Christmas in Wonderland.” She will star alongside Emilia Clarke and Gerard Butler. It’s being distributed by Universal Pictures.

The movie is based on Carys Bexington’s bestselling book which mashed up two classic stories: Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” and Clement Clarke Moore’s poem “Twas the Night Before Christmas” (also known as “A Visit From St Nicholas”).



<h3>Season 4 of Bridgerton | TBD</h3>



And, of course, while Ashley is ready to explore all genres, she is also keen to return as Kate for another season of Bridgerton. She told the press in June 2024 that she and <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/jonathan-bailey">Jonathan Bailey</a>, who plays Anthony, “adore” their characters and “their relationship and what they mean for the show.”

She also revealed that both actors will “do all we can with our schedules to make it work so that we can, hopefully.” However, it’s not set in stone, and it would also depend on other factors, explained by showrunner Jess Brownell. “It’ll be dependent on how much story the main couples take up, and whether there is story room. It will be dependent on whether the actors are available,” she told Variety.
