‘Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F’ ranks #1 on Netflix in the United States
If there’s something as iconic and enduring as Eddie Murphy, it has to be the “Beverly Hills Cop” franchise, his most beloved work. It’s no surprise that the latest installment, “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F,” is now ranking #1 on Netflix in the United States.
It has quickly dethroned “Trigger Warning” and “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters,” which had been trending in recent weeks. Its only competition is “A Family Affair,” a Zac Efron film currently catching the eye of users worldwide.
In this new chapter of Axel Foley‘s story, the police lieutenant must save his daughter from a life-threatening danger, accompanied by his old and beloved gang. This includes Judge Reinhold and John Ashton reprising their roles as Billy Rosewood and Chief John Taggart. Paul Reiser and Bronson Pinchot also return!
