<p>At just 11 years old, Namjoon’s love for hip-hop was sparked after hearing Epik High’s “Fly,” a song that gave him comfort and curiosity for the genre. <p>By 2007, while still in middle school, Namjoon had already begun rapping in local hip-hop circles and even made his first recording using Adobe Audition. The following year he performed onstage for the first time, marking the start of his journey as a performer. Known by the stage name Runch Randa, he soon became active in Korea’s underground rap scene, releasing tracks and teaming up with other rising talents like Zico.</p>

<p>During his trainee years, Namjoon adopted the stage name Rap Monster, a phrase pulled from lyrics he’d written after being inspired by San E’s “Rap Genius.” While he initially thought the name sounded cool, he later admitted to having mixed feelings about it. In 2017, he officially shortened it to RM, explaining that the simpler version better reflected who he had grown into as an artist and as a person.</p>

<p>In 2009, RM auditioned for Big Deal Records, passing the first round but stumbling in the second. A chance connection with rapper Sleepy led him to audition for Big Hit Entertainment the following year, where 16-year-old RM was immediately offered a spot—without even telling his parents. Over three years of training alongside Suga and J-Hope, he appeared on pre-debut tracks, wrote for the girl group Glam, and honed his skills as a songwriter. On June 13, 2013, he officially debuted as the leader of BTS, beginning a career that would see him shape much of the group’s music.</p>

<p>Rick Davies was born in Swindon, England, in 1944, into a household that valued hard work and practicality. His mother ran a hair salon while his father worked in the merchant navy, and from an early age, <strong>Davies showed a remarkable ear for music.</strong> </p>



<p>A secondhand record player and a few leftover albums sparked his fascination, and he quickly found himself captivated by rhythm and melody. Drums were his first love, <strong>and by the age of twelve, he was playing in a local brass band</strong>, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in music.</p>



<p>As a teenager, Davies moved from drums to keyboards, teaching himself to play by ear and experiment with different styles. He formed his first band, <strong>Rick’s Blues</strong>, while studying at Swindon College, and even mentored future star Gilbert O’Sullivan. Though a family crisis briefly paused his musical ambitions and led him to work as a welder, Davies’ drive never waned. By the mid-1960s, he was performing with <strong>The Lonely Ones</strong>, which eventually took him abroad and introduced him to the funding that would make his next project possible.</p>

But I’m gonna pass the torch on this one as director,” he told TooFab. “I’m going to produce it, with Ridley Scott, we’re gonna produce it together and we’re right now trying to find a new filmmaker to come in.”</p>

<p>Álvarez made it clear that he and Scott remain deeply invested in the story they began with Romulus. “We wrote the story because we really love what we started with Romulus and we want to continue the story. <strong>We love the story and now we just want to find a director that really wants to go for the jugular,” </strong>he explained, emphasizing that the sequel will maintain the franchise’s intense horror elements.</p>



<p>Looking ahead, Álvarez shared that he plans to focus on a personal creation. “I want to work on a personal project that me and my co-writer, we’ve been keeping on the back burner for a while <strong>and we feel it’s the right time to go and work on an original,”</strong> he said, though he didn’t reveal any details.</p>
