Following the tremendous success of “One Piece” on Netflix‘s catalog, it was confirmed that creators Matt Owens and Steven Maeda are continuing to work on providing fans with a new adaptation of the anime created by Eiichiro Oda.

The second season will continue adapting the manga and anime, and is expected to cover additional arcs following the events of the first season, including stories such as the Alabasta Arc and the Skypiea Arc.

The first installment of the series, which premiered in 2023, was praised for its respect for the original material and for capturing the essence of the fantastical world, so it is anticipated that the new episodes will continue this.
