The financial side of Spider-Man: Brand New Day has become another source of attention behind Marvel’s next blockbuster, with reported cast salaries revealing a dramatic gap between the film’s biggest names.

While official contracts remain private, estimated figures suggest Tom Holland’s return as Peter Parker comes with the franchise’s largest paycheck, followed by other major stars joining the MCU adventure.

Who is the highest-paid actor in Spider-Man: Brand New Day?

Tom Holland is reportedly the highest-paid actor in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, with estimated earnings of $20 million for returning as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. While Marvel and Sony have not officially confirmed the cast’s contracts, industry reports from @Wealth and Times Now place him at the top.

His paycheck reflects his evolution from a young Marvel newcomer into the face of the franchise. When he first joined the MCU as Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War (2016), his salary was significantly lower, but his role expanded through three solo films, major crossover appearances, and the global success of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

According to reported salary estimates, his potential deal places him ahead of the rest of the ensemble. Mark Ruffalo, who joins the movie as Bruce Banner/Hulk, is reportedly among the highest-paid supporting actors with an estimated salary of $12 million, while Zendaya’s reported earnings are placed in $8 million for her return as MJ.

The difference in salaries highlights Holland’s unique position within the MCU. Unlike supporting appearances from other Marvel veterans, his Spider-Man is the central figure of the franchise, carrying the emotional and commercial weight of one of Marvel’s most valuable properties.

How much did Tom Holland earn before Spider-Man: Brand New Day?

Tom Holland’s salary as Spider-Man increased dramatically throughout his MCU career, reportedly rising from around $250,000 for his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War to a multi-million-dollar deal for Spider-Man: No Way Home and his $20 million payday for Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

His first solo movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), reportedly came with a base salary of around $500,000, although bonuses and additional incentives reportedly pushed his total earnings higher. By that point, he had already become the face of Marvel’s new generation of heroes, and the success of the film strengthened his position within the franchise.

For his appearances in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, his reported salary increased to approximately $3 million per film, reflecting Spider-Man’s growing importance in the MCU. His role expanded from a newcomer introduced by Tony Stark into one of the central characters of the Avengers era.
