The story revolves around a cruise ship bartender who meets a mysterious day drinker, and they suddenly become entangled in a criminal plan that connects them in unexpected ways. The film will be distributed by Lionsgate, with Marc Webb directing!
Having directed box office hits like “500 Days of Summer” and “The Amazing Spider-Man,” it is very likely that “Day Drinker” will be another Webb-certified hit. The media outlet defines the project as a commercial concept with innovations on the typical clichés of the genre, which is exactly what the filmmaker is an expert in turning into gold.
