Is there a release date for Andor season 2?
Currently, there is no confirmed release date for Andor season 2. The season was initially slated for an August 2024 release, two years after the premiere of season 1. However, production delays due to the 2023 Hollywood labor disputes pushed this date back. Filming wrapped in February 2024, and post-production is now underway.
According to Tony Gilroy, the process could take nine months to a year. Stellan Skarsgård, who plays Luthen Rael, hinted in an interview that season 2 might be released towards the end of 2024 or early 2025.

While much of the season 2 plot is under wraps, it will chronicle Cassian’s full transformation into a pivotal member of the Rebel Alliance, culminating in events that lead directly into Rogue One.
The season will have 12 episodes and cover multiple years with four time-jumps, each spanning a year. The narrative will be structured into four three-episode arcs.
