Zac Efron has managed to maintain a balanced and successful career, combining leading roles in major productions with more personal and intriguing projects, ensuring his continued status as a prominent star in Hollywood.

Over time, he has become known for his skills in singing and dancing as well as his acting range in comedy, drama and horror. Although he started as a teenage star, he has demonstrated his versatility and matured as an actor.

Zac Efron has been chosen to play the lead character, Lance Dunkquist, in the new thriller film directed by Jody Hill (Eastbound & Down, Superbad and Vice Principals) and based on the novel of the same name by Blake Crouch.

Chad Hodge (Wayward Pines and The Darkest Minds) has developed the script, and so far, the HSM actor is the only cast member. The project is expected to move forward in the coming months, as it is currently in pre-production.

Famous” follows Lance, who has the face of a movie star, not just any star, but someone who has been mistaken 228 times for Hollywood star James Jansen. Now he is about to head to LA to make his dream come true, no matter the cost.

Three Men and a Baby

The star is set to return to his Disney days, as he has joined the cast of the dramedy “Three Men and a Baby“, an original production from the studio founded by Walt Disney.

Currently, the title is in pre-production, but some details about the project have already been revealed, such as Maurice Marable being in charge of directing, while Will Reichel develops the script.

The film is a remake of the 1987 movie in which three single men are forced to care for a baby left behind by one of their girlfriends. So far, Efron is the only cast member announced for the comedy.
