As reported by Variety, a representative confirmed that the couple donated a combined $26 million to at least 20 organizations across the United States this week, although the announcement itself made no reference to the reported wedding festivities.
The Donations Span Food Banks, Education, and Children’s Healthcare
The reported $26 million will benefit a broad range of nonprofit organizations, reflecting causes the couple have supported individually in recent years. Recipients include food banks in New York, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Nashville, Reading, and Rhode Island, along with national organizations such as Feeding America, the ASPCA, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and Grammy In The Schools.
Several education-focused initiatives were also included, including Education Through Music, Musical Mentors, and After-School All-Stars programs in both New York and Cleveland. In addition, the donations will support pediatric healthcare through MSK Kids at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, and Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
While the representative’s statement confirmed the donations and listed the beneficiary organizations, it did not mention the couple’s reported wedding plans. Neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed that they are set to marry this weekend, despite widespread reports surrounding a large-scale celebration in New York City.
Those reports indicate that the festivities are expected to unfold over two days during the Fourth of July weekend at Madison Square Garden. A rehearsal dinner for roughly 100 guests reportedly took place ahead of Friday’s main ceremony and reception, which is expected to welcome around 1,000 attendees. The guest list is said to include celebrities from the entertainment and sports worlds, while extensive security measures and venue preparations have surrounded the event.
