Hunter Schafer gained worldwide recognition as Jules in HBO’s teen drama “Euphoria,” in which she stars alongside Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi and more. However, the actress is ready to have her big break as a movie star with several projects coming out this year.

Schafer, 25, was recently in Cannes as a part of the ensemble cast of Yorgos Lanthimos’ “Kind of Kindness,” in which she has a small part. “I’m so flattered that they have included me in the list of main actors and everything. I’m in it, truthfully, for one scene. I filmed for one day,” she told Variety in April.

Last year, she already was part of the cast of the successful prequel “The Hunger Games: The Ballad of the Songbirds and Snakes.” Here’s where to watch the talented star next, including the third season of “Euphoria.”

The film had its premiere at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, and it had a divisive response, with some of the initial reaction being that the film was “too weird.” However, reviews have been generally positive.

Mother Mary | TBD

Schafer is also part of the cast of “Mother Mary,” which stars Anne Hathaway and Michaela Cole. The movie is described by Deadline as an epic pop melodrama following a fictional musician (Hathaway) and her relationship with an iconic fashion designer (Coel). David Lowery directs.

Euphoria – Season 3 | TBD

Schafer is also set to reprise her role as Jules in the upcoming third season of Euphoria, which has been delayed several times due to rewritings and other production related issues. However, per a report from Variety, the scripts should be in for October 2024, with a potential filming schedule in 2025.
