Emmys 2024 snubs and surprises
Shows like “The Curse” starring Emma Stone, “Expats” starring Nicole Kidman and “The Regime,” starring Kate Winslet were snubbed. Netflix’s “The Gentleman,” starring Theo James, also didn’t receive any nominations. Also, Joe Keery, who was one of the expected names in the Best Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series, didn’t receive a nod.
Allison Janney also didn’t snag a nod for her role in “Palm Royale,” while costars Kristen Wiig and Carol Burnett did get a nod. Among the surprises, we can include “3 Body Problem,” which earned a surprise nod for outstanding drama series.
