Robert Pattinson and Zendaya are in negotiations to star in an upcoming A24’s drama, according to Deadline. The two actors are some of the biggest stars in Hollywood right now, and this would be their first collaboration ever.

According to Deadline, the movie would be the upcoming drama by director Kristoffer Borgli, who most recently helmed “Dream Scenario.” The movie is titled “The Drama,” and it was penned by the director. The story would follow a romance that takes an unexpected turn before a couple’s big day.

A24 has gained fame for being one of the studios teaming up with the most interesting voices in cinema, and they would be set to finance and produce the movie. Also, Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen and Tyler Campellone will produce under their Square Peg Banner.

Zendaya, 27, is coming fresh from the success of Lucas Guadagnino’s sports drama “Challengers,” in which she starred opposite Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor. The movie grossed $94 million at global box office, and it’s poised to be one of the contenders for the upcoming awards season.

The actress also appeared in “Dune: Part Two,” also a big hit with $700 million grossings at the worldwide box office. And, while she has recently been spotted in London supporting boyfriend Tom Holland, she is set to reprise her two-time Emmy-winning role of Rue for the third (and potentially last) season of “Euphoria” in September.

Meanwhile, Pattinson, 38, has also had a big year, both personally and professionally. He became a father this year, after his girlfriend Suki Waterhouse gave birth to their first child, a daughter, in March. The couple is also reportedly engaged.

When it comes to his career, the actor will be seen next in Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey 17 and is about to begin production on Lynne Ramsay’s Die, My Love, in which he will starred alongside Jennifer Lawrence. He will also reprise his role as Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeves’ The Batman Part II, which is set to start filming in 2025.
