Drew Barrymore is back with another season of her daytime talk show, and she is still as spontaneous as ever. The star was brought to tears after being surprised by Dermot Mulroney, who joined her in a “Bad Girls” reunion on Jan. 25th episode.
Barrymore, 48, was talking to her co-stars Andie MacDowell, 65, and Mary Stuart Masterson, 57, who also appeared in the 1994 western, before being shocked upon seeing Mulroney, 60. “I’m so happy to see you, I might cry,” he told her. And indeed, they did.
The actress and host told Mulroney that he really “took care” of her when she was 17, while shooting themovie. Meanwhile, the actor, who recently starred in the rom-com “Anyone But You,” called her an “incredible survivor.” So, where can you watch the film?

“Bad Girls”, which came out in April 1994, follows four former escorts, played by Barrymore, MacDowell, Masterson, and Madeleine Stowe, as they run away in the Old West after getting unintentionally involved in some crimes. The film was directed by Jonathan Kaplan, who also directed “The Accused” in 1988, a movie that won Jodie Foster a Best Actress award at the Academy Awards. However, “Bad Girls” didn’t receive great reviews. Either way, thanks to the film’s star power, the movie debuted at No. 1 at the box office. It ended up making a little over $15 million in North America and $23 million worldwide.
‘Anyone But You’ has surpassed the $100 million at the box office
In “Anyone But You,” Mulroney plays the dad of Sydney Sweeney’s character. As the actor puts it, he once played the groom, now he plays the dad. However, the new romantic comedy, which also stars Glen Powell, has been a success for Sony, grossing over $100 million at the global box office.
And it’s not a surprise, as the film is directed by Will Gluck (who also wrote the script based on Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare), who is known for other rom-coms such as “Easy A” and “Friends With Benefits.” The film is still available to watch in theaters.
