The highly anticipated Season 21 of ‘The Bachelorette’ is almost here, and fans can’t wait to watch lead Jenn Tran in her own journey for love. After being one of Joey Graziadei’s contestants on The Bachelor, it will be her turn to be on the other side of the show.
Fans of the franchise first met Tran, a 26-year-old physician assistant student, when she competed during the last season of The Bachelor. She finished in fifth place, and she will now be the first Asian-American in the lead role in the history of the franchise.
In an interview with Glamour, the new Bachelorette teased that her ending wasn’t exactly what she expected to be, despite being “very happy” with it. “It’s definitely an ending that I didn’t see coming for myself. My family won’t see it coming, and I don’t think the viewers will see it coming too. I’m excited for it all to unfold,” she said.
