Season 21 of The Bachelorette is underway, and Jenn Tran has plenty of options to find her match. One of the contestants for this season is Aaron Erb, who quickly has captured the attention of fans.
Erb first made headlines for his connection to a fellow Bachelor Nation member even before he stepped out of the limo during the premiere. He is the twin brother of Noah Erb, previously vied for the affections of Tayshia Adams on season 16. However, Noah ended up finding love in Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 with Abigail Heringer.
It seems like his brother’s successful story with the franchise served as an inspiration for Aaron, who told producers that “it did work” for his brother and now he is hoping that it also worked for him. So, here’s everything to know about him… Including The Bachelorette’s spoilers.
Aaron Erb’s family: How many siblings does he have?
Aaron, who is 29, is “officially seven minutes older” than Noah, per his ABC bio. However, they aren’t the only brothers in the family. As they are part of a “big family of 11 kids.” According to Yahoo News, he is also uncle to at least eight nieces and nephews, whom he regularly posts on his Instagram.
Aaron Erb’s job: What does he do?
In his intro package, Aaron revealed that he’s an aerospace engineer. “I love everything to do with aviation. It’s so cool,” he said in the clip. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in fire safety and safety engineering technology, per his LinkedIn.
According to Yahoo News, he has since worked as a system safety engineer for United Launch Alliance and, most recently, as a space vehicle systems engineer for Northrop Grumman.

Aaron Erb’s hobbies: He enjoys nature and sports
In his free time, Aaron likes to spend time “on the lake, playing volleyball, and perfecting his golf game,” per his ABC bio. And, apparently, “Aaron is a force of nature on the pickleball court.” Hopefully, he can show his moves to Jenn.
Where is Aaron Erb from?
Aaron grew up in Oklahoma, and he bought a house in Tulsa in October 2023, after living in Manhattan Beach, California, for seven years. The majority of his family, including Noah, live in Tulsa.
“After 7 years away it feels good to come back home to a place that I love and know,” he wrote on Instagram alongside photos of him in front of his house. “Excited for a new start and can’t wait to fill this house up with friends, memories, and lots and lots of fresh brewed coffee smells 😊.”
Spoilers: How far does he get in The Bachelorette?
We don’t know for sure. But, according to Reality Steve, he won’t be one of the fourth finalists.
