The Oscars awards ceremony is not the only significant part of the luxurious event; the red carpet also has its own show. This year, it will be hosted by two of the most well-known female stars.

Vanessa Hudgens and Julianne Hough will join forces for the first time to cover the arrival of celebrities, conduct interviews, and showcase the best of fashion on the most important night in the film industry.

The ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 10, in less than 24 hours. So, it’s time to start figuring out how, where, and on which platform to watch the 2024 Academy Awards, where major icons will be present.

How to watch the Oscars red carpet pre-show online

The red carpet show will take place on the same day as the 2024 Oscars. It can be watched through the official Academy channels on YouTube, which will have a countdown starting from Sunday, the 10th.

Not only is it the ideal moment to witness the arrival of film stars, but it will also be the time to see the looks they choose to celebrate the prestigious awards, especially those nominated in the categories.

THR spoke with representatives of the show, and they ensured that the pre-show has a goal, “to provide viewers with a multi-platform experience of the arrivals on the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood”.

Oscars 2024 red carpet: What time is the pre-show?

The Oscars pre-show will take place half an hour before the awards ceremony. Coverage will begin at 6:30 PM ET | 3:30 PM PT until 7:00 PM ET | 4:00 PM PT, according to the official ABC and GoldKnight website.

Many people on social media have discussed the choice of actresses, singers, and dancers in the role of hosts for the special. Many asserted that Vanessa and Julianne are the perfect choices.

ABC posted on Instagram, and users didn’t hesitate to comment: “Vanessa was great the last time. It’s great to see her back”, “I can’t wait to see her again” and “Vanessa is an incredible host”.
