South Korean series have gained worldwide popularity thanks to their addictive storylines. And a new addition to the genre is the “Pyramid Game,” a new thriller series that is triumphing on Paramount+ globally.

According to FlixPatrol, the series is the number one show on the platform worldwide, surpassing titles such as “NCSI: Los Angeles” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” The show debuted on May 30, and in only four days it has climbed the charts.

“Pyramid Game” combines the elements of an ambitious thriller with the storylines of a high school drama. We could compare it to other shows of the same style such as Netflix’s “Elite” and “Outer Banks.” Here’s what to know about this new hit thriller series.
