If there’s anything better than a heist comedy, it’s one that stars Channing Tatum, Adam Driver, and Daniel Craig in the lead roles. That’s exactly what you get with “Logan Lucky,” which is currently trending on Netflix in the United States, seven years after its release.
The movie made waves at the time because, after directing “Behind the Candelabra” in 2013, Steven Soderbergh announced his retirement from filmmaking. However, it was this project that drew him back behind the camera, and he hasn’t left since.
Both critics and the public adored the film, declaring that Soderbergh’s return proved how inseparable he is from his craft, solidifying his reputation as one of the most brilliant directors of the past two decades.
‘Logan Lucky’ makes it to the United States Top 10

The film has easily overtaken “Minions” and “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” despite animated productions typically being among the most-watched genres on the platform. At the moment, it’s in a close competition with “Trolls Band Together” as it continues to climb the ranking.
Logan Lucky follows Jimmy, a family man from West Virginia, who teams up with his siblings, Clyde and Mellie, to pull off a heist at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. To crack the track’s complex money-handling system, Jimmy enlists demolition expert Joe Bang. A scheduling mishap further complicates their daring plan, forcing the crew to execute the plan during the Coca-Cola 600, NASCAR’s most popular event.
In addition to the three leading men—Channing Tatum, Adam Driver, and Daniel Craig—the flick features performances by Farrah Mackenzie, Jim O’Heir, Riley Keough, Rebecca Koon, Katie Holmes, Boden Johnston, and more.
NASCAR fans will also enjoy spotting several known drivers who make cameos in the film! According to IMDb, Ryan Blaney appears as the Cake Delivery Boy, Kyle Larson as the Limo Driver, Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch as West Virginia State Troopers, and Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano as Security Guards.
