Apple Studios and Sony have released the first trailer of “Fly Me To the Moon,” a <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/romance">romantic</a> <a href="https://spoiler.bolavip.com/en/topic/comedy">comedy</a> set in the 1960s with Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson. When the filmmaker and screenwriter was asked about how the original idea for the next installment of the franchise came about, he pointed out: “It’s not hyperbole to say that the Matrix movies changed cinema and my life. Lana and Lilly’s exquisite art inspire me daily, and I am more than grateful for the opportunity to tell stories in their worl”. 



<h2>Lana Wachowski will participate as a producer</h2>



Lana Wachowski, one of the sisters who make up the well-known director duo, confirmed that she will be in The Matrix 5 as a producer. In the case of her sister Lily, it is still a mystery if she will be part of it.



It is likely that she won’t be present in the project, as in the last installment titled The Matrix Resurrections, she didn’t want to return because “going back was very unappealing”. Lana was the one who directed her in 2021.

In an interview with CBR during WonderCon about the rumors, Raimi said he “did read” the speculation but he is “not not actually working on it yet. I mean, Marvel and Columbia are so successful with current Spider-Man [movies], and the track there, and I don’t know that they’re going to go back to me, and say, ‘Well, folks, we can also tell that story!’”



He continued, “I’m not sure, but I love all the new Spider-Man movies. I loved Spider-Man: No Way Home. It was really, super powerful seeing Tobey [Maguire] again in it.” Raimi also addressed the possibility of working with Tobey again.

“I haven’t talked to Tobey about it, but maybe Marvel has, or Columbia Pictures,” Raimi confessed. However, he said that after working on Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness he is “on great terms with them. I’m sure I would hear about it if it was in the works. I think so. I don’t know.”

Meanwhile, according to what producer Andrew Gunn told Cosmopolitan, the band Pink Slip will also return to the sequel. “We got a draft of a script for the sequel right before the writers’ strike. It uses music and the band in a great way,” he told the outlet.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nisha Ganatra has been selected to helm the upcoming sequel. She has recently directed episodes of Hulu miniseries Welcome to Chippendales. The original film was directed by Mark Waters. Elyse Hollander is penning the script.



<h2>What would ‘Freaky Friday’ be about?</h2>



Entertainment Weekly has reported that the plot for this new movie, according to an open casting call, would be as it follows. Anna (Lohan) is set to marry British restaurateur Eric Davis, but her 14-year-old daughter Harper isn’t happy about it.



Meanwhile, Eric’s 14-year-old daughter Lily doesn’t see eye to eye with Harper. However, the body swap would happen between Anna and Harper, and Tess (Curtis) and Lily. It is not confirmed that this will be the final story, though.
