Beautiful Wedding made its big-screen debut on January 25th and has since become a worldwide trend as the film marks the return of Dylan Sprouse and Virginia Gardner as Travis Maddox and Abby Abernathy. According to Box Office Mojo, it grossed $64,556 worldwide.

The romantic comedy is not only filled with drama and chaos as the characters go on a honeymoon with their friends in Mexico, but the story created by Jamie McGuire has been considered a classic in the young adult genre since its publication in 2013.

The book left its mark on pop culture but has also built a wide fan base around the world, contributing to the success of the adaptation. Despite everything, it received some criticism for the amount of toxicity and other sensitive themes in the narrative and in the Roger Kumble-directed movie.
