“Criminal Record,” a crime thriller starring Academy Award and BAFTA winner Peter Capaldi, is currently the second most-watched series on Apple TV+ worldwide, according to FlixPatrol, a specialized website that collects viewership data.

Capaldi is mostly known for his run as the titular doctor in the series “Doctor Who,” as well as “The Thick of It”. He also has appeared in films such as “Paddington” and “The Suicide Squad.” In this series, he shares the screen with Cush Jumbo (“The Good Wife,” “The Good Fight,” “The Beast Must Die”).
