Jeff Goldblum is one of the many great actors who has joined Netflix to bring the first season of “Kaos“, the new television series that blends comedy, drama and fantasy across a total of eight episodes.
The series reimagines Greek myths in a contemporary context and follows a group of mythological characters, such as Zeus, who must face challenges and conflicts in a world that blends the old with the new.
Currently, the fantasy production is the most-watched TV show on the platform worldwide, having garnered hundreds of thousands of views just one week after its release. Therefore, the future looks bright…
Will Kaos get a second season on Netflix?
Although the first season of Kaos premiered just a few days ago, the show’s creator confirmed that Netflix is being quite encouraging regarding the viewership and a possible renewal.
“I think anything is possible. My dream was three seasons. I’ve got many ideas and a strong sense of what I’d want to do with it“, creator Charlie Covell told Cosmopolitan UK when he was asked for news of the series.
The material really isn’t the issue, as there is still a long way to go and incredible stories left to tell. The writer, also responsible for The End of the F***ing World, didn’t miss the chance to highlight this, saying the following:
“There’s definitely more. I also didn’t want to do an ending that was a total cliffhanger. I hope that it feels satisfying as a season one in its own right, and there’s always hope for the more. Because I really would love to do more and work with those actors and that team. It was a bit of a dream come true“.
