Netflix’s new Korean series “A Killer Paradox” has become one of the most watched shows on the platform worldwide only four days after its release. According to FlixPatrol, the crime thriller is currently the fourth most watched, only behind titles such as “House,” “Griselda” and “One Day” (as Feb. 12).
In the US, meanwhile, the series entered the Top 10 in the last spot, per the same source. “A Killer Paradox” is a eight-part crime thriller based on a webtoon of the same name by Kkomabi.
The series follows a college student, played by Choi Woo-shik, who accidentally murders a serial killer and then is relentlessly pursued by a dutiful detective, played by Son Suk-ku. Definitely, it’s a story filled with intrigue that has captured the attention of audiences.
‘A Killer Paradox’ cast: Who is who?
Choi Woo-shik who plays Lee Tang, the student who commits his first accidental murder and then discovers he has an ability to identify evil people. He is known for appearing in movies such as Train to Busan (2016) and Parasite (2019), as well as the series Our Beloved Summer (2021–22).
Meanwhile, Son Suk-ku plays Jang Nan-gam, the detective that will try to catch Tang. He is known for appearing in other titles such as Netflix’s Sense8, as well as the series Mother, Suits and Matrimonial Chaos.
The rest of the cast consists of Lee Hee-joon (Vincenzo, Mistress), who plays Song Chon: a former detective. The supporting characters are played by Kim Yo-han, Hyun Bong-sik, and Nam Jin-bo.

The series was directed by Lee Chang-hee, who is known for working in films such as The Vanished (2018) and series Hell Is Other People (2019), and written by Kim Da-min. It has received positive reviews, and it currently holds a 100 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes.
